We play tennis from time to time. Qiuyu loves it. He had a private lesson before but stopped due to the hectic chess tournaments.
We try to manage time to keep a good balanace. Schedule is always tight for sure. But we always keep it in mind that: family time and physical activities are the top priorities. As long as you have healthy and strong body, you can reach whatever your goals.
When time does not allow him to have sports on one particular day, I will ask him to do rope jumping. 700 steps per day. He is not a big fan. But he does it anyway as he understands that strong body is the foundation.
